Lumen Partners ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit our website or engage with our services, whether as a Client or a Candidate ("Lumen").

1. Information Collection

We collect information to facilitate the connection between high-potential talent and business infrastructure. This includes:

  • For Clients: Name, business email, company details, operational bottlenecks, and billing information necessary to establish partnership protocols.
  • For Candidates (Lumens): Name, contact details, resume/CV, portfolio links, technical specifications (internet speed, hardware), and video introductions (Loom).
  • Automated Data: We may collect metadata such as IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems to optimize our digital infrastructure ("The Grid").

2. Usage of Information

Your data is used strictly for the purpose of operational architecture:

  • To evaluate and vetting talent for "Lumen" eligibility.
  • To match specialized professionals with client requirements.
  • To execute service agreements and process payments.
  • To improve our vetting algorithms and website performance.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We are architects, not data brokers. We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following contexts:

  • Client-Candidate Matching: Candidate profiles (stripped of unnecessary personal contact info until hiring) are shared with prospective Clients.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party sub-processors (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google Workspace) to run our operations. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Lumen Partners and its users.

4. Global Data Transfer

Lumen Partners operates globally. Data may be processed in countries outside of your own. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to our secure servers and processing facilities, regardless of jurisdiction, always in accordance with standard data protection clauses.

5. Security Protocols

We implement industry-standard security measures—including encryption, access controls, and secure data storage—to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data. However, no transmission over the "Grid" (Internet) is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR for Europe and CCPA for California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("The Right to be Forgotten").
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
